Cancellation Policy:
To avoid charges, please provide at least 12 hours notice for cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours notice.

We take pride in the fact that our clients never wait and are never rushed. Therefore as a courtesy to everyone, thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.

Payment:
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the time of your visit. We regret that we do not bill insurance companies but will provide a receipt for massage therapy that you may be able to submit for reimbursement. Please note that many insurance companies will not cover massage, and those that do will generally only cover it if it is medically prescribed.

Discounts:
Please note that to take advantage of any discounts, coupons or special offers you must pay by cash, check or credit card. Discounts and specials are not valid with gift cards, series, Spa Finder, Spa Wish, or any other spa gift cards or certificates.

Gift Cards and Certificates:
Gift cards and certificates are refundable to the original purchaser only, and do not expire.
